Maya Simhon-Chocron boasts over two decades of experience in the New Construction industry. Her journey began as the Vice President of Marketing at Shelby Homes. In addition to her role at Shelby Homes, Maya also ran her own marketing firm, specializing in marketing, sales, and model grand opening events within the building industry. Furthermore, she served as the Director of Marketing for South Florida and Orlando during her four-year tenure at K. Hovnanian Homes when she was first invited to join their team. 

Maya's academic background is a testament to her commitment to excellence. She has studied Architecture, Interior Design, Sales, and Marketing, further enhancing her skillset in the field. Her dedication and contributions to the industry have earned her esteemed recognition. She holds the title of Life Director at the Gold Coast Builders Association and has been honored with multiple life achievement awards, including the prestigious Eagle Award. In recognition of her expertise and influence, she has also held a position in the Florida Builders Association as an Associate Vice President, a membership that she has maintained since 2004. Maya Simhon-Chocron's extensive experience and involvement in the building industry make her a highly respected and accomplished professional in the field.
